Master Terms of Service

These Terms of Use govern your corporate subscription, terminal onboarding, and cloud ledger access across InvenIQ's ecosystem. By deploying our smart POS terminals or API sandboxes, you enter into a legally binding Master Service Agreement (MSA) with InvenIQ Systems Private Limited.

Core Operational Compliance Guidelines:

Account Integrity: You are responsible for safeguarding all terminal login sessions and API tokens. Mismatched POS credentials will trigger automatic security lockdowns.

SLA Commitments: Cloud ledger sync has a target uptime of 99.95%. Multi-unit inventory depolishing operates in real-time, barring legacy hardware connectivity drops.

Acceptable Use: Reverse engineering Android POS firmware, generating fraudulent invoice logs, or running DDoS scripts on our API gateways is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms: Monthly subscription billing occurs automatically via secure credit card and banking networks. Overdue ledgers will undergo graceful read-only suspension after a 15-day grace period.

Statutory Legal Practise & Redressal Notice

Liability Limits: Under no circumstances shall InvenIQ Systems Private Limited be liable for any revenue leakage, physical stock variance, or external aggregator service outages. Merchants are advised to perform weekly physical stock audits using our free Wastage Estimator.
