Hardware Lease & Subscription Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy guarantees fair, transparent processing of hardware returns, terminal setup fees, and cloud subscription cancellation credits in alignment with standard RBI merchant protocols.
Core Operational Compliance Guidelines:
Cloud Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly cloud subscription at any time. Cancelation stops future billing, and you will retain read-write access until the current cycle expires.
Hardware Terminals: Certified InvenIQ POS Android terminals carry a 7-day return window. Defective terminals will be replaced immediately with zero shipping fees.
Leased Hardware: Security deposits for leased terminals are refunded fully within 7 business days of physical receipt and inspection of the returned terminal.
GST / Custom Invoices: Taxes paid on statutory invoices are settled directly with the GST department and cannot be refunded by InvenIQ.
Statutory Legal Practise & Redressal Notice
Chargeback Disputes: All disputed transaction settlements should be resolved via our dispute portal. InvenIQ coordinates directly with transaction processors and acquiring merchant banks to resolve transaction chargebacks within 14 business days.
