Core Operational Compliance Guidelines:

Zero Customer Sharing: InvenIQ processes billing and dine-in logs solely for the merchant's business ledger. We never sell, share, or monetize transaction records.

End-to-End Encryption: All payload syncs from Android POS terminals or PMS interfaces are encrypted via TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.

Regulatory Safekeeping: Data retention adheres strictly to the statutory periods mandated by Indian tax administrations and general corporate audits.

Audit Trail: Every single API fetch or database depletion session is logged in a secure, tamper-proof audit log accessible via the Settings dashboard.
